"Let me start out by saying I am not an easy client to work with! With that said, I can’t speak highly enough of Debbie! Debbie was extremely responsive, patient and supportive throughout the entire home buying process. She rode the emotional roller coaster with us as we located and purchased our first home. The entire process moved very fast – our rental flooded on a Wednesday, I contacted Debbie on Thursday about a specific house we wanted and the offer we wanted to submit, the offer was accepted on Friday, and we viewed our house on Saturday. Yes, we bought a house before seeing it in person. Like I said, I’m not an easy client to work with. We purchased our home on Father’s Day Weekend. At that time, my father was terminally ill. I asked Debbie if she would be willing to meet us on Father’s Day so I could bring my dad to see the house. He wanted nothing more than to see us in our very own home and I was concerned he would pass before we closed on the house. Debbie was more than happy to meet us at the house on Sunday morning. My dad didn’t know we bought the home, so he just thought we were looking at another potential rental. After we walked through the home, I asked him if we should rent the home and he said, “hell, you should buy it!” I responded, “we did, happy Father’s Day!” We all celebrated with tears in our eyes, and I can’t thank Debbie enough for making this one of my favorite memories with my Dad. Debbie has become an extension of our family and I can’t imagine working with anyone else to purchase our home. Long story short, you can’t go wrong with Debbie! She is the best and you won’t regret working with her for all of your real estate needs."
